This lovely artisan necklace is flush with a flowery combination of fuchia, green, black, and cream torch-fired enamels. This pendant uses a crackle separation technique that results in the beautiful webbing and feathering that you see here. This focal piece started with 20 gauge copper that was slightly domed for added strength. Layers of different colored powdered glass were then added and torch-fired until molten, leaving the organic patterning that you see here. The colors are actually more vibrant than is captured in the photos. A riveted stack of lovely a 3D stamen and additional discs results in a very natural look that reminds me of a flower.

The necklace is completed with a thick 18” leather cord with a chain to add extra length if needed and a collection of primitive looking spacer beads. The backside of the pendant is covered with clear enamel, allowing the copper to shine through. The focal measures 46x27mm.

This one of a kind necklace will be carefully wrapped in a gift box for safe mailing from my studio in New Market, Maryland.
